One of the advantages of having multiple homes in the Traverse City area is that we have several properties that can work together for larger groups.
TC Ranch Therapy + Little Ranch Therapy
These neighboring homes are a fantastic option for a large family reunion or group getaway. Book them together and you can accommodate up to 16 guests while giving everyone plenty of room to spread out.
Together, the properties offer two hot tubs, a sauna, a basketball hoop, pool table, ping-pong, fire pits, outdoor gathering spaces, and more.
It is a great setup for groups who want to vacation together without everyone needing to share one house.
Northwoods Therapy + Farmhouse Therapy
Located directly across the street from each other on Bass Lake Road, these two homes can also be booked together for up to 18 guests.
Your group will have access to game rooms with pool and ping pong, hot tubs, fire pits, lakefront access, kayaks, paddle boards, a pool, and plenty of space to enjoy a Northern Michigan getaway.
Grand Traverse Therapy + Little Traverse Therapy
These neighboring homes are another great option for families traveling together. With multiple bedrooms and a variety of bed configurations between the two properties, they offer flexibility for extended families or smaller groups who want to stay close together while still having their own space, hosting up to 12 guests.
Between the two homes, guests would enjoy access to hot tubs, porch swings, fire pits, a pool table, ping pong, and foosball, as well as great living spaces to congregate.

Lake Leelanau Therapy
Lake Leelanau Therapy is one of our largest vacation homes, sleeping 12 guests across six bedrooms. Located on South Lake Leelanau, it offers plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy the lake together.
Guests can take advantage of private catch-and-release fishing ponds, kayaks, a fire pit, and a private hot tub, making it an especially great option for a family reunion or large family vacation.
TC Ranch Therapy
With five bedrooms and space for up to 12 guests, TC Ranch Therapy was made for groups who want plenty of room to spread out.
The home features a private Hot Springs hot tub, sauna, cedar deck, campfire area, and heated garage game room with pool and ping pong, giving your group plenty to enjoy whether you're spending the day exploring Traverse City or staying home for some friendly competition.
And if 12 guests isn't quite enough, TC Ranch Therapy can also be booked together with neighboring Little Ranch Therapy. Together, the two homes can accommodate up to 16 guests and offer two hot tubs, a sauna, basketball hoop, pool table, ping-pong, and more.
Lake Therapy
For a group that wants to be right on the water, Lake Therapy is another great option. The home offers multiple bedrooms and bed configurations, hosting up to 10 people, along with lake access and plenty of space for everyone to enjoy the property together.
It is an ideal setup for families who want to spend their days swimming, relaxing by the water, and enjoying the slower pace of a Northern Michigan lake vacation.

While these are some of our largest homes, almost all of our other Traverse City Getaway properties accommodate eight or more guests.
